Retained Contingent Search

While utilising both advertised and direct routes to market, you will benefit from working with only our most experienced consultants. Mid to senior level positions would usually be engaged at this level and we work with our clients to formulate a methodical strategy to attract the best talent for consideration. Although we will advertise these positions, we would map out the market with you to target your competitors and specific individuals that may not necessarily be actively looking.


We would provide reports on our activity, usually weekly, as well as mapping information on the market.


A third of the fee is paid upon starting the project, however we only charge for the remainder upon completion of the agreed project.


This proves to be the preferred route for many clients. You are able to take advantage of an executive search approach whilst only committing to a fraction of the fee in advance. This typically suits mid to senior level appointments where commitment is required to deliver projects within a specific time frame, whilst also being provided with a clear view of our activity via agreed weekly reporting.
